Ready to step confidently into group Reformer Pilates classes? This 4-week series is designed for anyone new to the Reformer who wants to build a strong foundation before joining regular sessions.
Each 90-minute workshop blends foundational discussions paired with movement, giving you the tools and knowledge you need to feel comfortable in class.
Over the four weeks, you’ll:
- Learn the foundational principles of Pilates that guide every exercise.
- Explore the most common Reformer movements and terminology you’ll encounter in group classes.
- Practice safe modifications and progressions so you can adapt each workout to your own body and goals.
- Gain confidence in your technique while developing strength, control, and body awareness.
By the end of the series, you’ll have the skills and confidence to join any Reformer class on our schedule with ease.
