Pilates Class Types
FREE Intro to Reformer Pilates (50 minutes)
What is Pilates? What are the benefits of Pilates practice? How do the Reformer machines work? Get these and many more questions answered in this 30-minute intro session. Learn the basics of the machine, core engagement techniques, and try out a 15 to 20 minute class designed to introduce you to some of the common Pilates Reformer exercises. This is a great opportunity to take a look around our studio, meet some of our instructors, and get all of your questions answered! Pleas note that sticky socks are requires for all Reformer classes. Please being a pair with you or you can purchase a pair at the studio.
Signature (50 minutes)
In this all levels dynamic class, PowerUp takes the Reformer workout to a whole new level by combining athletic and classical moves with high energy heart-pumping music. This form- focused, energetic class will burn calories, lengthen, tone, and sculpt your muscles, while improving your balance, flexibility, and stamina. Open to all levels. Intro class recommended before attending, if new to the Reformer.
Sculpt (50 minutes)
This class is our Signature class with some flair! We incorporate the traditional Reformer movements with light weights and bands, and can offer more cardio work than a Signature class. This class moves a bit faster than Signature, but still low impact and appropriate for all levels! This class is not available to book using our New Member Special.
Jumpboard (50 minutes)
This class will incorporate the jump platform added to the Reformer. This 50-minute class will get your heart rate up with low impact movements. In our Jumpboard sessions your legs and core will be burning as you make your way through a series of movements with many variations. One of the fan favorites! This class is not available to book using our New Member Special.
Cardio Reformer (50 minutes)
This 50-minute class will get your heart rate up with low impact movements. Following more of a flow than our other classes, Cardio Reformer offers faster transitions and sequences that build through class to provide a great cardio workout! This class is not available to book using our New Member Special.
Level 2 Reformer (50 minutes)
Our Level 2 Reformer class kicks our Signature class up a notch by offering advanced movements and a faster pace to challenge the experienced practitioner.

Reformer Stretch + Release (50 minutes)
Need a body reset? Join us for a practice the incorporates the RAD myofascial tools (foam rollers, trigger point rounds, and recovery balls) to massage and hydrate our fascia. Fascia is the fabric of the body and this class will get it moving and stretch it out for positive, feel good results. Using simple techniques and nmovements, this class can deliver improvements in flexibility, muscle recovery, movement efficiency, and pain reduction.
