In this dynamic class, POWERUP takes the reformer workout to a whole new level by combining athletic and classical moves with high energy heart-pumping music. This form focused, energetic class will burn calories, lengthen, tone and sculpt your muscles, while improving your balance, flexibility and stamina. This class is 50 minutes.

This class was created to offer a higher intensity version of our traditional Signature class! We format 4 movements on the reformer and then 4 movements off for 4 rounds. Get your heart rate up with this with a low impact cardio style training class. The benefits of structural pilates, the burn of training and the cardio of a hiit class. Better bring your A-game!
The jumpboard employs the principles of plyometrics to train coordination, strengthen muscles and burn calories. It attaches to the end of the reformer and allows you to get cardio aerobic training with very little stress or impact on the joints, and the springs help the muscles tone without bulking. This class utilizes the jumpboard in an interval based class, alternating between jumping sequences and classical and contemporary reformer exercises.
De-stress and recover from your weekly fitness routine with the help of RAD roller self-myofascial tools combined with gentle stretching and breathing techniques. Enjoy the benefits of releasing tension, increasing blood flow and circulation, reducing pain, and increasing mobility throughout the body.
Come and work your core, your alignment and tone your body in the 50 minute Mat Pilates inspired workout class. Learn fundamentals that will not only assist you on the reformer and get a great sweat. Challenge yourself while lengthening and strengthening your muscles.
Whether you are veteran on the reformer, or new to Pilates in general; this class will teach/remind you of how to articulate your movements. Not only is it an amazing workout in itself but it will help you get more out of your reformer classes here at PowerUp!
